Nothing but Rage

“The three judges are staring at me silently, just like the public and all the journalists. They've heard enough about me. They know who I am: Sebastian Bischof. 20 years old. Apprentice carpenter. Still a virgin (well, I hope they don't know that). I've spent the last two years in a residential rehabilitation program. Before that I was in prison, on the observation ward. Off course. Now they want to hear what I've done.”

Sebastian's life is one long downward spiral. His parents are disappointed in his grades. He has almost no friends. He owes his apprenticeship to strings pulled by his father – a dentist on the the wealthy eastern shore of Lake Zurich. The only thing Seb can really do is play pool. That's where he meets Isabella, and his life seems to change. But it doesn't turn out the way he expects: instead of finding solid ground, the relationship leads Seb onto thin ice. Unable to help himself, he maneuvers directly into a catastrophe.

“Nothing but Rage” is a novel for teenagers 14 and older.

“Written with real psychological depth.”
